Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Behjat Sadr was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in March 2016. It achieved a price of USD 47,500.00 (€ 41,703.25), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Behjat Sadr - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in October 2019 for GBP 96,250.00 (€ 111,643.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Behjat Sadr kam im März 2016 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 41.703,25) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Für andere Arbeiten von Behjat Sadr mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Oktober 2019 für GBP 96.250,00 (€ 111.643,10) versteigert wurde.
