However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bartolomeo Passarotti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of Lope Varona Di Villanahue Of Burgos, Half Length With A Book In His Right Hand, which sold at auction in January 2016 for USD 286,000.00 (€ 264,032.50).
