This artwork by Barbara Kruger achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in January 2024. In the Evening & Day Editions auction, the work You're Right (And You Know it and So Should Everyone Else) sold for GBP 5,334.00 (€ 8,927.29) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Barbara Kruger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Your Manias Become Science) in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 1,170,000.00 (€ 1,036,590.77).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Barbara Kruger erzielte im Januar 2024 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Evening & Day Editions wurde die Arbeit You're Right (And You Know it and So Should Everyone Else) für GBP 5.334,00 (€ 8.927,29) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Barbara Kruger erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Your Manias Become Science) im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.170.000,00 (€ 1.036.590,77).
