Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Africa Your Time is Now by Bambo Sibiya was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,048.00 (€ 7,170.58). Other works by Bambo Sibiya have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 10,240.00 (€ 11,758.36) in October this year for the work Three Men Seated.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Africa Your Time is Now von Bambo Sibiya kam im März letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.048,00 (€ 7.170,58) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Bambo Sibiya haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.240,00 (€ 11.758,36) im Oktober diesen Jahres für die Arbeit Three Men Seated beobachtet.
