Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Flügel, 1989 by Balthasar Burkhard for EUR 1,250.00. This price was achieved in the auction Collection Marion Lambert at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Balthasar Burkhard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Montagnes (Diptyque, Tirage Positif Et Tirage Négatif) in May 2009 with an auction result of EUR 31,950.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Flügel, 1989 von Balthasar Burkhard für EUR 1.250,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Collection Marion Lambert bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Balthasar Burkhard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Montagnes (Diptyque, Tirage Positif Et Tirage Négatif) im Mai 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 31.950,00.
