Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2019 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia, which included the work Landscape by Bai Xueshi. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 88,500.00 (€ 10,041.77). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bai Xueshi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape of Li River in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 4,485,000.00 (€ 425,603.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2019 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Important Collections of Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy from Asia durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Bai Xueshi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 88.500,00 (€ 10.041,77) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bai Xueshi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape of Li River im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.485.000,00 (€ 425.603,21).
