Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Café life by Axel Törneman for SEK 15,500.00 (€ 1,769.26). This price was achieved in the auction The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Axel Törneman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Ungdom" (Youth) in October 2012 with an auction result of SEK 600,000.00 (€ 69,779.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Café life von Axel Törneman für SEK 15.500,00 (€ 1.769,26) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Axel Törneman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Ungdom" (Youth) im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 600.000,00 (€ 69.779,29).
