Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Landskap Sicilien" (Landscape Sicily) by Axel Nilsson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2016, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,632.29). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Axel Nilsson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Flickan och bron" (The girl and the bridge) or "The islets" in April 2016 with an auction result of SEK 210,000.00 (€ 22,852.02).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Landskap Sicilien" (Landscape Sicily) von Axel Nilsson im April 2016 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.632,29) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Axel Nilsson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Flickan och bron" (The girl and the bridge) or "The islets" im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 210.000,00 (€ 22.852,02).
