Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A collection of 22 drypoints. by Axel Fridell was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2013. It achieved a price of SEK 42,000.00 (€ 4,742.87), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by Axel Fridell have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Einar Forseth in May 2020 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 27,752.75).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A collection of 22 drypoints. von Axel Fridell kam im Dezember 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 42.000,00 (€ 4.742,87) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Axel Fridell auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Einar Forseth im Mai 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 27.752,75).
