Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Axel Fridell could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm auction, the work "Vid baren" (At the bar) changed hands for SEK 7,000.00 (€ 790.48) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Axel Fridell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Einar Forseth in May 2020 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 27,752.75).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Axel Fridell konnte im Dezember 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm wechselte die Arbeit "Vid baren" (At the bar) für SEK 7.000,00 (€ 790,48) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Axel Fridell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Einar Forseth im Mai 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 27.752,75).
