This artwork by Augustin Ubeda achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in October 2007. In the Intérieurs auction, the work Sans titre sold for EUR 3,750.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Augustin Ubeda; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composition A La Tranche De Pasteque, Circa 1960 sold at auction in October 2006 with the realized price of EUR 6,166.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Augustin Ubeda erzielte im Oktober 2007 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Intérieurs wurde die Arbeit Sans titre für EUR 3.750,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Augustin Ubeda; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Composition A La Tranche De Pasteque, Circa 1960 im Oktober 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 6.166,00.
