Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Scraps of Memory and Chance Happenings by Arturo Sanchez was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2014. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 62,500.00 (€ 5,910.92). Other works by Arturo Sanchez have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 106,250.00 (€ 11,068.42) in May 2012 for the work Between Obscured Memories.
