Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Invitation to Curiosity by Arturo Sanchez was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,333.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Arturo Sanchez have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work Between Obscured Memories was auctioned for HKD 106,250.00 (€ 11,068.42).

Die Arbeit Invitation to Curiosity von Arturo Sanchez wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.333,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Arturo Sanchez konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit Between Obscured Memories für HKD 106.250,00 (€ 11.068,42) versteigert.
