In the Indian & Southeast Asian Art auction, the work City Of Desires And Kalpavriksha sold for USD 16,800.00 (€ 13,839.69) - well above the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arpana Caur - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Resilient Green, which sold at auction in March 2008 for USD 49,000.00 (€ 31,002.85).
