The work Novodevichy Monastery by Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2012. It achieved a price of GBP 55,250.00 (€ 68,839.07), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 58%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children With Parasols in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 2,098,500.00 (€ 2,621,975.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 58 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Novodevichy Monastery von Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov kam im Mai 2012 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 55.250,00 (€ 68.839,07) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children With Parasols im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.098.500,00 (€ 2.621.975,35).
