This artwork by Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in May 2012. In the Russian Paintings auction, the work Bathers On The Sura, 1909 sold for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 29,591.46) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children With Parasols in June 2014 with an auction result of GBP 2,098,500.00 (€ 2,621,975.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 98 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov erzielte im Mai 2012 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Paintings wurde die Arbeit Bathers On The Sura, 1909 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 29.591,46) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aristarkh Vasilyevich Lentulov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children With Parasols im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.098.500,00 (€ 2.621.975,35).
