This artwork by Arifien Neif achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2014. In the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction, the work You The Creame In My Coffee sold for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 28,372.43) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 160,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Arifien Neif; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Procession sold at auction in October 2014 with the realized price of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 51,476.46).
