Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fall In Love Again by Arifien Neif was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,883.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Arifien Neif have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Procession in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 51,476.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fall In Love Again von Arifien Neif kam im Oktober 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.883,96) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arifien Neif auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Procession im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 500.000,00 (€ 51.476,46).
