Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Broad Bean With Three Loose Beans; Two Smaller Than The Third, To Hold by Anya Gallaccio was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 875.00 (€ 976.80) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 500.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anya Gallaccio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Door With Handle in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,341.39).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 875,00 (€ 976,80) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anya Gallaccio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Red Door With Handle im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.341,39).
