Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2012 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work The Feeling's Gone and I Just Can't Get It Back by Anya Gallaccio. The price achieved of GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,283.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anya Gallaccio - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Red Door With Handle, which sold at auction in February 2015 for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,341.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2012 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Feeling's Gone and I Just Can't Get It Back von Anya Gallaccio zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.283,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Anya Gallaccio mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Red Door With Handle beobachtet, die im Februar 2015 für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.341,39) versteigert wurde.
