This artwork by Antonio Marasco achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in November 2006. In the Post war and Contemporary Art auction, the work Città Futura I sold for EUR 5,952.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Marasco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Potenza Meccanica in November 2013 with an auction result of EUR 75,900.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 98 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Antonio Marasco erzielte im November 2006 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post war and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Città Futura I für EUR 5.952,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonio Marasco erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Potenza Meccanica im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 75.900,00.
