Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Antonio Marasco could be acquired at Sothebys in Milan in May 2015 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Senza Titolo changed hands for EUR 25,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Antonio Marasco - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Potenza Meccanica, which sold at auction in November 2013 for EUR 75,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Antonio Marasco konnte im Mai 2015 bei Sothebys in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wechselte die Arbeit Senza Titolo für EUR 25.000,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Antonio Marasco mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Potenza Meccanica beobachtet, die im November 2013 für EUR 75.900,00 versteigert wurde.
