Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2010 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Composition by Antonio Bandeira. The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,127.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Bandeira achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ville in March this year with an auction result of USD 856,800.00 (€ 788,079.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2010 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Antonio Bandeira zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 12.127,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonio Bandeira erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ville im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 856.800,00 (€ 788.079,47).
