It achieved a price of EUR 11,700.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Bandeira achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ville in March this year with an auction result of USD 856,800.00 (€ 788,079.47).

Die Arbeit Composition - 1951 von Antonio Bandeira wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Post War & Contemporary Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 11.700,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Antonio Bandeira erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ville im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 856.800,00 (€ 788.079,47).
