Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work Ouderkerk; a barge on the river Amstel near Ouderkerk with the house 'Wester Amstel' by Anton Pieck. It changed hands for a price of EUR 7,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Anton Pieck have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work Dutch Winter Fun On The Ice was auctioned for EUR 13,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ouderkerk; a barge on the river Amstel near Ouderkerk with the house 'Wester Amstel' von Anton Pieck zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Anton Pieck konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit Dutch Winter Fun On The Ice für EUR 13.750,00 versteigert.
