The work Untitled (Cili Cili Series) by Anton Huang was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The result of HKD 40,000.00 (€ 4,220.64) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anton Huang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in April 2019 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 59,760.29).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Cili Cili Series) von Anton Huang wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Southeast Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 40.000,00 (€ 4.220,64) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anton Huang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 59.760,29).
