This artwork by Anton Huang achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in October 2002. In the SOUTHEAST ASIAN PICTURES auction, the work Mimpi (Dream) sold for HKD 191,200.00 (€ 24,807.04) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anton Huang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2019 for HKD 525,000.00 (€ 59,760.29).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Anton Huang erzielte im Oktober 2002 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion SOUTHEAST ASIAN PICTURES wurde die Arbeit Mimpi (Dream) für HKD 191.200,00 (€ 24.807,04) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Anton Huang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2019 für HKD 525.000,00 (€ 59.760,29) versteigert wurde.
