A top price for Anthony Staynes - as previously expected
In February 2012 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors - Style & Spirit, which included the work Woman with a cup by Anthony Staynes. The price achieved of GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,492.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Woman with a cup is the most expensive artwork by Anthony Staynes that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Februar 2012 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors - Style & Spirit durch, in der auch die Arbeit Woman with a cup von Anthony Staynes zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.492,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden.
