Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Boulve Landscape by Anthony Gross was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2011. It changed hands for a price of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 3,761.26) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Anthony Gross have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A large collection of etchings, circa 1955 to 1976, on wove and laid paper, each signed and titled in pencil, each with full margins, in varying conditions, most in excellent overall condition in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 17,380.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La Boulve Landscape von Anthony Gross kam im Oktober 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.761,26) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00.
