Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2014 Christies in London held the auction Modern British and Irish Art, which included this untitled work by Anthony Benjamin. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 6,000.00 (€ 7,262.10), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Anthony Benjamin have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,647.62) in October 2010 for the work without title.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern British and Irish Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Anthony Benjamin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 7.262,10) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Anthony Benjamin haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.647,62) im Oktober 2010 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
