This work without title by Anna Weyant was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in June last year. It achieved a price of HKD 163,800.00 (€ 19,933.25), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 49%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna Weyant achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Falling Woman in May last year with an auction result of USD 1,623,000.00 (€ 1,512,440.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 49 % übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Anna Weyant kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 163.800,00 (€ 19.933,25) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anna Weyant erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Falling Woman im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.623.000,00 (€ 1.512.440,59).
