Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ann Edholm could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Colmar IV" changed hands for SEK 48,000.00 (€ 4,508.17) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ann Edholm have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "At The Back Of Silence I" in May 2016 with an auction result of SEK 200,000.00 (€ 21,535.70).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ann Edholm konnte im April 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "Colmar IV" für SEK 48.000,00 (€ 4.508,17) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ann Edholm auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "At The Back Of Silence I" im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 200.000,00 (€ 21.535,70).
