Auction result well in line with expectations
The work (Untitled Figure) by Angus Jones was auctioned at Bonhams in Sydney / Melbourne in April 2021. The price achieved of AUD 984.00 (€ 817.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 800.00 – 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Angus Jones - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled Face, which sold at auction in July 2020 for AUD 1,952.00 (€ 1,657.89).
