Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Paradise by Angelo Filomeno for EUR 1,875.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Art Online at Sothebys in Milan and was even below the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Angelo Filomeno achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Venom in February 2008 with an auction result of GBP 30,500.00 (€ 39,892.80).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Paradise von Angelo Filomeno für EUR 1.875,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art Online bei Sothebys in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Angelo Filomeno erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Venom im Februar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 30.500,00 (€ 39.892,80).
