It changed hands for a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 12,730.80) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andries van Eertvelt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Battle Of Lepanto Of 1571 in May 2010 with an auction result of EUR 168,750.00.
