Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2004 Christies in New York held the auction The House Sale, which included the work Sleeping Bag by Andrew Spence. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,346.00 (€ 2,780.92). Other works by Andrew Spence have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 6,000.00 (€ 3,848.87) in July 2008 for the work Red Chair.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2004 führte Christies in New York die Auktion The House Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sleeping Bag von Andrew Spence zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.346,00 (€ 2.780,92) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Andrew Spence haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.000,00 (€ 3.848,87) im Juli 2008 für die Arbeit Red Chair beobachtet.
