Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2008 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Contemporary Sale, which included the work White Square by Andrei Filippov. It changed hands for a price of GBP 14,900.00 (€ 18,718.10) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Andrei Filippov have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2013 the work Three Candles, From The Auspicies Series was auctioned for GBP 30,000.00 (€ 36,100.98).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2008 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Contemporary Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit White Square von Andrei Filippov zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 14.900,00 (€ 18.718,10) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Andrei Filippov konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2013 die Arbeit Three Candles, From The Auspicies Series für GBP 30.000,00 (€ 36.100,98) versteigert.
