This artwork by Andrea Zittel achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in April 2019. In the Contemporary Art Online auction, the work Me In Personal Panel Cleaning A To Z Yard Yacht sold for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,270.56) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Andrea Zittel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Free Running Rhythms and Patterns Version II. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 141,900.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Andrea Zittel erzielte im April 2019 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Online wurde die Arbeit Me In Personal Panel Cleaning A To Z Yard Yacht für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.270,56) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Andrea Zittel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Free Running Rhythms and Patterns Version II. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 141.900,00.
