The work Christ carrying the Cross by Andrea Andreani was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,750.00 (€ 1,951.99) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Admittedly, works by Andrea Andreani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Allegory of Death in January 2019 with an auction result of USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,184.91).

Die Arbeit Christ carrying the Cross von Andrea Andreani kam im Juli 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.750,00 (€ 1.951,99) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Andrea Andreani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Allegory of Death im Januar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.184,91).
