It achieved a price of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,143.29), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by André Béronneau; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Panorama of the Port of St Tropez sold at auction in November 2010 with the realized price of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,779.99).
