This artwork by Anatoly Brusilovsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2016. In the Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art auction, the work Two Ideas sold for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,424.63) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Anatoly Brusilovsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian Monuments In The Desert, 1962 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 28,000.00 (€ 17,985.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 88 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Anatoly Brusilovsky erzielte im November 2016 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art wurde die Arbeit Two Ideas für GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.424,63) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anatoly Brusilovsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian Monuments In The Desert, 1962 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 28.000,00 (€ 17.985,61).
