It changed hands for a price of USD 3,250.00 (€ 2,913.49) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 2,400.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Anatoly Brusilovsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian Monuments In The Desert, 1962 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 28,000.00 (€ 17,985.61).

Die Arbeit Three Chinese Men And White Phantom Of The Desert 2 von Anatoly Brusilovsky kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 3.250,00 (€ 2.913,49) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.400,00 – 3.500,00.
