Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2019 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Spring In Moscow And Crying by Anatoly Brusilovsky. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,201.71) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Anatoly Brusilovsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian Monuments In The Desert, 1962 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 28,000.00 (€ 17,985.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2019 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spring In Moscow And Crying von Anatoly Brusilovsky zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.201,71) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anatoly Brusilovsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian Monuments In The Desert, 1962 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 28.000,00 (€ 17.985,61).
