Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mountain Landscape by An Ho was auctioned at Bonhams in December last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 4,080.00 (€ 3,813.80) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by An Ho achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Horse Polo in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 750,000.00 (€ 82,546.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mountain Landscape von An Ho kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 4.080,00 (€ 3.813,80) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von An Ho erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Horse Polo im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 82.546,36).
