This artwork by Amedeo Modigliani achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November last year. In the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction, the work Nudo virile semisdraiato verso destra sold for EUR 90,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Amedeo Modigliani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nu Couché in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 170,405,000.00 (€ 161,337,814.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 80 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Amedeo Modigliani erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Nudo virile semisdraiato verso destra für EUR 90.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Amedeo Modigliani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nu Couché im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 170.405.000,00 (€ 161.337.814,81).
