In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Il baciamano changed hands for EUR 1,200.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ambrogio Antonio Alciati achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian an Elegant Woman With Her Maltese in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 57,782.82).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
