Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December this year Il Ponte held the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Gli amanti by Ambrogio Antonio Alciati. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ambrogio Antonio Alciati achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian an Elegant Woman With Her Maltese in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 57,782.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Gli amanti von Ambrogio Antonio Alciati zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 900,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ambrogio Antonio Alciati erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian an Elegant Woman With Her Maltese im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 68.750,00 (€ 57.782,82).
