Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Amanda Ross-Ho could be acquired at Christies in New York in March 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the First Open auction, the work Untitled Painting (Halloween Night!) changed hands for USD 1,125.00 (€ 958.02) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Amanda Ross-Ho achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sieve in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,624.27).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Amanda Ross-Ho konnte im März 2021 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion First Open wechselte die Arbeit Untitled Painting (Halloween Night!) für USD 1.125,00 (€ 958,02) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Amanda Ross-Ho erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sieve im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 9.624,27).
