Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2016 Artcurial held the auction Orientalist Paintings, which included the work Les Bords Du Nil by Alphonse Birck. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,900.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Alphonse Birck have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2015 the work Discussion Près Du Puit was auctioned for EUR 5,850.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Orientalist Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Bords Du Nil von Alphonse Birck zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.900,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Alphonse Birck konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2015 die Arbeit Discussion Près Du Puit für EUR 5.850,00 versteigert.
