Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Poem No.1 Flashback Startover by Allen Ruppersberg for GBP 504.00 (€ 601.17). This price was achieved in the auction New Now at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Allen Ruppersberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paper Drive (For Claire) in June 2015 with an auction result of USD 57,500.00 (€ 51,551.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Poem No.1 Flashback Startover von Allen Ruppersberg für GBP 504,00 (€ 601,17) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Allen Ruppersberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paper Drive (For Claire) im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 57.500,00 (€ 51.551,01).
